Emily Minns has been handling retail property matters for nearly 25 years, counseling and working on behalf of both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations. Minns has successfully negotiated leases for inline stores, anchor stores, “big box” spaces, financial institutions, movie theaters, entertainment venues, and restaurants. Her approach is balanced, targeted and effective.

As a trusted and respected specialist in the field, Emily Minns’ relationships, commitment and sharp negotiating skills make her a valuable and integrated member of any client’s team. Over 90 percent of her business is referral-based, with satisfied clients coming back year after year for help with new projects and endeavors.

Emily Minns holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
